... to use with HVAC having a high-merv built-in cabinet filter too.

We change our filters every four weeks and this was recommended by our AC mechanic as a better type of filter. He said the other ones restrict airflow too much. I am an allergy induced asthmatic with and these were great for me.

These filters do a good job of keeping particles out of my unit yet allow all the air in that is required for maximum out flow. I heard it from a air conditioner company that a unit can’t blow any more than it sucks.And if you order a 12 pack you don’t have to worry about filters for a year or more.

The only thing I don’t like is the time it takes to get them. They are higher quality than the big box store. If you need a basic filter, look no further.

I've been usinng this brand for a couple of years. I used to put painters tape on the outside to make sure I had a good seal to prevent air from going around the edges. Don't need it with these.

These inexpensive filters are exactly what we need for our hall AC return. The heavy duty ones make the AC struggle. These keep it from having to work so hard.
