Scooter arrived & was delivered by a very informative bloke (lukas) who went through all the necessary functions for the switches, knobs & buttons. The scooter itself is comfortable & very easy to ride. The build is high quality, great to look at & superb value for the price.

Delivered promptly and is in perfect condition.The height is ok for me as I am only 5`4inches tall.The scooter runs fine and the controls are easy to remember.One problem is that there is not a Manual for the bike yet so the only way is to make notes but the tyre pressures could be difficult.If the manual was available then I would give it 5 stars.

I have only had this scooter a few days but my god, WHAT A MACHINE !!! Easy to handle lots of mod cons, reverse, lights, indicators, alarm, steering locks, little boot in seat. Certainly getting some looks from the envious. For the younger disabled like myself it looks dead cool. It does not look like a mobility scooter. Makes you feel proud to ride it. THE BEST THING I HAVE EVER OWNED !!!!!!!

The mobility scooter arrived with a lot of dirt on the tires, it had clearly been used before. The hazard indicator lights don't work even though this is a legal requirement for use on the road in the UK, and the advert says the mobility scooter is road legal.The manual clearly states the light switch is supposed to switch off the lights, but it doesn't, meaning battery is wasted during the day. It's clearly a defective product returned by someone and then re-sold. Sadly this means I'll probably be returning it. Was supposedly fully charged on arrival yet haven't gone as far as it claims and had to charge again - probably because of the fault with the lights.Oh and the guy who delivered, apparently also the seller, it said to always keep your hand on the brake and when I forgot, hit my hand with my own stick - it may have been jokingly, but you don't do that to someone, especially someone with a disability when you've no idea whether even a light tap could hurt. Oh, and he tried to pressure me to leave seller feedback there and then; that's clearly the reason some of the feedback is good as they felt they had to leave good feedback when he was there (he tells you to have your mobile with you, which you think will be in case he needs directions, but it's so he can pressure you there and then).The only positive thing is it was delivered early, but he didn't call or anything to let me know he would be early, so I was totally unprepared.

Love this mobility scooter you need a little bit of self mobility to get on and off the scooter , but it's looks great feels good to ride , the delivery person was very helpful and supportive to. It suits my personality and can give me more independent living back. Fantastic the gear's change fast it's great . And it came with a rain cover . Plus free mug and pen .

The scooter is really stunning.It can go a bit fast so be prepared.The delivery was efficient and the driver explained everything necessary with much care. He was really great!A lovely company to deal with. I've had to speak to the admin staff and the lady was incredibly understanding and a pleasure to deal with. I recommend this product highly. It is an all round ethical and wonderful company.
