This is a great pan! You can make two omelettes simultaneously, or just one. I like how you can fold over the top to heat an omelette. You can put in lots of veggies or other things and there's still room for for eggs scrambled. Best of all, the finished omelette did NOT stick to the pan and it was very easy to clean. Glad we bought this pan. I can see why it's gotten such good reviews.

This pan does such a great job at making omelets. It cleans up really well too. I would suggest buying this pan.

I’ve really enjoyed using this TECHEF Frittata and Omelets Pan. The nonstick surface works beautifully—my omelets came out light, fluffy, and slid right out of the pan without any fuss. It’s also held up well in the dishwasher, which is a big plus for convenience.For the price, it’s a great value. The quality feels solid, and it performs like a much more expensive pan. My only minor complaint is that the pan needs to be closed quickly to seal properly, which creates a loud slamming noise. It startled my husband the first time I used it!Overall, I’d definitely recommend it for anyone who loves making omelets or frittatas at home. Just be mindful of the closing mechanism.

Love this pan! I have been struggling with making omelets, I could not for the life of me "fold" & "flip" them so I got this pan. I saute veggies& meat in both sides of the pan on Med-Low heat till done. Then I mix 3 eggs and pour them 1/2 & 1/2 in each side. Once they are set, I close the pan for about a minute. Then flip. It comes right out! Nothing spills when flipping, people complaining about this are not cooking the eggs long enough before they try to close the pan. One note: Make sure the pan is perfectly centered on your burner or else one side won't be as done as the other.

This worked beautifully! It made the perfect omelette. I sprayed the pan with non stick spray. I used three eggs, and cheese. I poured half into each side. Then cooked for a bit and flipped the one side of the pan. Cooked a bit more and it was cooked through! Highly recommend this pan.

Great product works well easy-to-use

Nice product. Uses lots of eggs for 1 serving. Unfortunately, I can't eat all it, but I can share. About 6 eggs gives you a decent omelete.The chickens have to work overtime!
