Q: Would the magnets in these mess with my FOB key's electronics?

I've had it on my pocket with one and haven't had any issues.

Q: Under the product information it says "mini dice included", but someone wrote a review saying theirs did not come with dice. Which is correct?

I bought this for my son for Christmas last year (2018) and it did NOT come with dice already in it. That being said, my son said it is a very nice dice case. He loves it!
