Beautiful large rock with lots of sparkle. Sits near my computer and reflects the lights from my LED setup.

Love it ! A large chunk like this is so different from my other samples of pyrite. It's shaped valleys and jetting peaks give you multiple ways to display it. Sometimes I turn it in the morning to catch the sunrise glow and then rotate it throughout the day so it look new each time.

Yes its pyrite and our daughter knows that but she still loves it! Ours measures 2" long by 1.5" tall and 1.25" wide. She will look at it for a while!

To my surprise, this works great for sparking a fire. I never heard of using pyrite until I saw a video on YouTube.

I buy things on a whim and that's how I wound up with these. I was watching the gold shows on television and suddenly got the urge to get a bunch of fool's gold to sit around for people to look at.
