Great to protect from chafing from running bra
I was looking for a solution to my constant battle with my underwire running bras chafing my skin. Tried this and it works like a charm. Stays in place in my running bra and no chafing. Very happy to have solved this problem. And, yes, it is very absorbent.

Makes underwire bras bearable! Great comfort.
I haven't worn an underwire bra in like 10 years. I hate them, they hurt me and are uncomfortable. But I had a big event that I really wanted the look of one so I got one. And these things are a life saver!!!! They gave a nice soft barrier to the underwire (And helped with boob sweat on top of that) These were so great. Highly recommend. I was wearing a size 40 bra, and these XL ones were possibly a tiny longer than needed, but they weren't too long. They just went all the way around and almost met up on the back and really just the front needs the coverage so I could have also used a smaller size, but these were just fine!

Good idea, but kinda a let down
I love the idea, I always sweat through my bra and it feels so gross. These are comfortable to wear and they never smell unlike my bra. But they're difficult to try and tuck into place, it takes me several minutes and it always ends up sitting weird. I do still use it if I'm gonna have a long day though. If I got another I would get a smaller size, the extra length is really hard to tuck in, my arms aren't long/flexible enough.

Dry is better.
They work great but needs adjusting from time to time. Quite absorbent and they are comfortable. A little bigger than I expected but they worked to keep the ladies dry underneath.

Amazing!
This product works very well, and wasjes and dries wonderfully. Way more cost efficient than using panty liners, and covers more than liners. Absolutely absorbs the sweat, keeps shirts dry and prevents heat rash. I recommend this to all females that work in the heat!

Not what I expected
These are awkward and hard to use. They bunched up, are narrower than expected, and just overall not what I wanted. It was hard to get them to stay in place without help. I may be able to modify but overall I should have save the money.

Not what I expected
Wouldn’t stay put. It was skinnier and a lot longer then I expected, so it wrapped around me but if I fit it under the edge of my bra it didn’t come out the bottom of the bra. It was either in the bra or out of the bra and that didn’t work. By the end of the work day I was rubbed raw.

They work!! No more rashes!
Pro: These bra liners are wonderful at absorbing sweat under breasts and, therefore, preventing painful rashes. The outer fabric does have polyester, but it wicks the moisture to the inner cotton filling layer, keeping you dry and comfortable. I have used other types of bra liners, such as 100 % cotton flannel. Those got wet and stayed wet, unlike the Pambra bra liners. The Pambra liners are also generously sized. They are not too big, but fit under the band of the bra and up between the breasts. It is undetectable under clothing. I am a 34-36 band and purchased a medium and am pleased with the size.A recommended purchase!Con: nonePS: I also suggest using Lady Anti Monkey Butt Powder (available on Amazon), Anti Monkey Butt Lady Powder 6 oz. - 2 Pack . The name of this therapeutic powder might be amusing, but how it absorbs moisture and prevents chafing under arms, between thighs, under breasts, etc. is nothing to laugh at. This powder combined with the Pambra bra liners will make your summer much more comfortable and enjoyable.PPS: also wonderful in the summer to keep you cool and drier are spacer bras. The spacer bra technology provides support in a lightweight, breathable bra. Wacoal Women's Halo Contour Spacer Bra is another technological breakthrough to keep us cool and comfy.Thank you for taking the time to read this review. can be worn without a bra!
I attached an elastic band across the back with velcro to fasten and wear it without a bra! quite comfortable! and you can also use then under the belly roll! They wash well and I line dry them. Im only a size 38 bra size but I ordered the XL size so it would go all the way around and it was the best choice to wear it this way. You can always make them smaller anyways. I have the bamboo cotton ones. Im just ordering a second set so I have some spares.

Bra liners are good
These are easy to wear and comfortable. Helps to keep away moisture that cause rashes. I wish they were a little bit wider for fitting underneath bra. Thats not to big a problem I will still wear these on long work days as they do the job.

They go right round the back
I thought these from the description and picture would go just under the bra at the front, but they don't. They go right round, but don't join, so makes it a bit difficult to put on under the bra. Would have been better if just the front section, that's where you sweat the most.
