Q: My lips are so chapped there is red underneath them ?

I found the cortibalm really cleared up my extremely chapped lips within a few days. I use it once a day now in evening and lips staying healthy

Q: Does it have sun screen in the product

No, I don’t believe it does. It’s not listed on the packaging or product label.

Q: Can I pay more to get this shipped faster? My step-dad is dying and this might not get here in time.

Amazon statred a policy called "meltable", after April 15th they don't deliver prime, until October 15th. Our store currently uses USPS and is usually there in 3 days. Thanks Dr. Dan's

Q: can cortibalm lip balm be used indefinitely

I do not know the answer to that. I was told to buy it by a dermatologist to help my peeling, cracking lower lip. I does help that condition. I intend to use it because is helps.
