Fits my outlander. The O ring is a great bonus. Genuine Mitsubishi Parts lies about having to purchase a whole new housing to get the Oring with their cvt service package. But here it is right here. Get the filter with o ring here, the j4 fluid from The Parts Department on amazon . Get the pan filter and gasket off 3bay and save yourself $50 while not having to go through deceitful parts peddlers.

Solve 2009 Mitsubishi Lancer ES limb mode (slow down) and whining noise
Solve issues with limb mode (slow down due to overheating transmission) and whining noise. Here is the list, all from Amazon:1. Genuine Mitsubishi CVT Transmission COOLER Filter & O-ring. 2824A006 2920A096 Lancer, Outlander,2. 5 qt Castrol - 15B652-6PK Transmax ATF Black CVT Transmission Fluid,3. Engine Oil Cooler Replacement for Dodge Caliber 2007-2010, Jeep Compass 2007-2017, Jeep Patriot 2007-2010, OEM 2920A1414. Hayden Automotive 679 Rapid-Cool Plate and Fin Transmission Cooler, Black, 11 Inch.5. Hayden Automotive 106 Transmission Oil Cooler Hose (this hose is an additional if needed)6. bracket to install the Hayden 679Steps:1. Remove the battery, the tray, another plate that holds the tray and you will see the oil cooler. At the same time, replace the old transmission oil.2. Replace the OEM oil cooler and replace the filter. Note: the OEM oil cooler design only has two ports and the replacement has 4 ports. The additional two ports are a smaller size. Connect that smaller size to the provided Hayden hose. Use the #5 hose if needed. So, the additional two ports will be connected to the Hayden 679 which has two ports.3. Mounted the Hayden 679 with the bracket. I would suggest reading other reviews from Hayden 678 or 679. There are a lot of comments from experienced mechanics on how to install this.

Easy to change filter.
This filter fits the Jatco CVT in a 09 Dodge Caliber SXT Sport.

Beware!
The O-ring that comes with this filter DOES NOT fit a 2018 Outlander CVT. I got lucky and was able to use the old one.
