Ateco Ultra Offset Spatula with 4.25" x 0.75" Stainless Steel Blade, 4½", Silver

It was a decent price and I love how useful it's been so far. The sticker was easy to remove with just one or two tiny spots that the glue was stuck on. Overall, great tool and I like the size.

I've been using a standard offset butter knife for years now. Fine for buttering toast, but too short for reaching down into a peanut butter, or mayonnaise jar. So I searched for something longer but still offset and came up with this. As soon as I tried it I felt it was too flexible for my purposes. I persevered though instead of tossing it into the kitchen drawer or returning it, and once I got used to it I came to love it. You can cut wafer thin strips of butter or take as much as you like. It spreads whatever you're using beautifully. Just takes a bit of getting used to. I wish they'd come out with one a bit longer and wider, but this thing is the cat's whiskers for spreading butter, or whatever on your bread/toast.

This tool is cheap and has sooo many functions! I absolutely love this tool and typically reach for it every time for spreads, flipping small things, jars, etc. So much better than a butter knife. The only thing I don't use it for is for it's intended use - spreading icing only because I don't make pastries. I highly recommend anyone that cooks to have this tool.

if you are looking for an offset that has a sturdy blade, this isn't the one you want. However, it works perfectly for me as I wanted one to spread dough to make homemade crackers. This works perfectly for that purpose. lightweight, spreads dough evenly with no problem. i even use it to score my crackers during baking. Cleans up nicely afterwards. I did see one review that said the blade rusted so I put a light coat of oil on this after using/washing it, and never let it sit in water for any length of time. Quality could be better but definitely worth $5 and works perfectly for my purpose.

La spatola è piccolina, così come scritto nelle dimensioni. Io la cercavo di questa misura per farcire e stuccare le torte e infatti la trovo perfetta. La “lama” è leggermente flessibile, il che rende il movimento più semplice. Consigliata!

Me encantó, porque tenia espátulas más grandes y está la usa para cuándo hago pasteles mini y los aliso, también para revolver mis mezclas de colores con crema o chantilly y hace su función y está muy bonita, de calidad. Si la volvería a comprar.
