This little kit was perfect for snorkeling in VI. Decent quality and affordable—much better than you’ll find in department stores and less money than renting,Flippers fit well without discomfort. The snorkel doesn’t let in water—perfect for beginners. You can dive under with it, just blow out the water when you resurface.The mask is tempered glass and has a film that will fog if you don’t treat it first. You have to melt the inside film off with a lighter. What’s not glass is silicone and won’t melt/burn. Then coat with white toothpaste and rinse. Our tour guide brought a solution of baby shampoo and water to rinse the inside masks and prevent fogging. You can also spit in it, but none of this will work until you remove the interior coating.My friend bought a set when we arrived on the island and it was bad all around—plastic mask that was hard to see through, painful flippers and a closed top snorkel that let in water.This isn’t pro quality but is really good quality that will last you longer than one vacation—just be sure to clean it after use. Fits a suitcase and comes with a little net bag.

This is a nice set - I bought it for my 12yo son for a recent trip and worked well for him. He said the snorkel was comfortable and this is probably the first mask he didn’t complain about not being able to adjust. He said it fit snug and no water came in. Quality seems nice and like it will last. The fins were quite nice, I used them for awhile and they were comfortable and maneuvered well in the water. Color choices were nice, able to satisfy my picky tween. He didn’t complain about fogging but it definitely was pretty foggy at times as most masks are.

The snorkeling set was a must have for my recent trip to USVI. I used this set literally every day and had no rubbing or discomfort on the mask or fins. Did have some issues with fogging up googles but I think I'll need to grab some defogging solution for next time. A few times the snorkel got "stuck" where I'd breath in under water and all of a sudden it acted as if it was blocked so no air came in, this was when I was at the surface of the water so I know the floating stopper should have been allowing air. This only happened really towards the end of the trip and not enough to totally stop me, especially since i'd try and figure out what was wrong and it was back to working fine before I was even able to see what the issue could be. Each time I went totally under water the stopper worked amazing and no water came in, was able to go back to the surface and breath without delay. The set came in a handy bag to keep everything together, pretty compact and easy to travel with. The goggles besides the fogging up, were sealed and had no issues with water coming in. The snorkle part was easy to use with a convenient clip to easily attach or remove from the goggles. The fins were comfy but as a size 8 in women's, I did have them pulled to the very last setting on the back adjuster so lots of extra material hanging off the back due to how much I had to adjust but overal. The set dried fast and I made sure to rinse with clean water and some baby soap and let sit after being in the ocean. Overall I'm happy with the purchase especially since some of the more higher rated ones were sold out, these stood up to the test.

I took this with me to a snorkeling excursion in Cozumel and it worked pretty well. The fins were great; they small and therefore easy to pack and walk in. The snorkel worked very well and was comfy & easy to use. The mask also worked well, but there were a few annoying things about it (although they could also be just to do with my face. So I do have a beard (usually kept at 1/2 centimeter long), and obviously does that cause a sealing issue at the bottom of the mask where it seals right under your nose. Because of that, I had to shave just a little bit of the top of my moustache right under my nostrils; that combined with a little Vaseline on the hairs helped it get a better seal. There was some occasional leaking, but it was very little and was easy to empty out occasionally. Also, at the top of the mask where it rests against your forehead, it did start to get a little annoying with the pressure being exerted on my forehead; that could partly just be my facial structure though.Overall I'd say it was worth it and it was a lot better than the equipment I'd have had to rent there. I'll be bringing it with me on all my future cruises.

This snorkel gear is quality. Has a ratchet strap on the goggles that secures well to your face keeping the seal without hurting. The fins slipped on easily and the variation of colors is cool too!Also comes with a carrying bag and all you need to have a great time! Very happy with these.

Excellent! Well made! No leaking from mask and visibility was perfectly clear (although I did prepare the mask before diving (few drops of baby shampoo onto inside of lens and rinse keeps it from fogging). Used it to snorkel all over Hawaii without any issues. Fins are comfortable and do not fall off. Carrying bag is mesh and very useful for toting your gear around. Good price. Rinse after use to protect your gear. Would highly recommend and plan on using it again many times in the future. Bought them for the whole family. No regrets! Smaller size mask for my teenage girls, and medium size for me.

The snorkel kit overall was decent, but it didn’t blow me away. The snorkel itself worked fine, but I felt like the mask could have had a better seal—it fogged up a bit more than I would have liked during longer dives. However, I have to say, the flippers were excellent! They fit comfortably, provided great propulsion in the water, and really made a difference while snorkeling.If you're looking for a solid pair of flippers, this kit delivers on that front, but I wish the rest of the set matched that same quality.
