This is one of the best investment I have done for baking for a while. I bake a lot of different bread and this is a great helper. The Henry Baker makes really great baguettes if you follow the instructions and tips for using it. It takes just two hour from starting the dough until three finished baguettes. I am typically using the recipe for the traditional baguettes on page 30, using King Arthur unbleached general purpose flour. Perfect outcome. Quick tip: Use some spray oil for the lower form in the beginning instead of just flour.

Would have loved to keep this item but the packaging is terrible. My first order received i could hear the item was broken upon picking up the box. I chose a replacement which came quickly, sadly it was in worst shape than the first one. I requested a refund which was provided. The manufacturer packaging needs some serious enhancement.

Die Form sieht gut aus und macht einen sehr hochwertigen Eindruck. Ich habe sie zum zweiten Mal bestellt, da die erste Form zerbrochen angeliefert wurde. Die zweite kam heute ebenfalls zerbrochen an. Wen Keramikprodukte verschickt werden, dann sollten diese gut gepolstert verschickt werden, um solche Schäden zu vermeiden. Deshalb nur einen Stern.
