Traditional Wooden Handmade Incense Stick Holder, Ash Catcher with Moon and Star Brass Inlay Work on Hardwood

The first order was great, the ash catchers looked great and they had good holes for incense sticks to fit into. Our last to orders where okay. The ash catchers still look great but the holes for the incense sticks did not go all the way though the ash catcher, it was about 5 out of 10 that had this concern. It's not a big deal but it is an extra step for us to finish the hole. Over looking the making of this item would be helpful to keep mistakes down. But still not a bad ash catcher and will order from again. Would like a variety of ash catchers other than the moon and stars all the time.

This plus a towel under the door and a tube with a dryer sheet on the end, and you'll never get busted!

I was initially suspicious given how cheap the product was but trusted the good reviews and professional presentation. When I received it the hole for the incense was completely closed off and I had to make a hole myself with a knife and a bobby pin. The catcher for the ash is bumpy and not deep enough. The stars and moons have strange blotches. I would have been better off using a wide bowl and tape. Very disappointed and I won't be buying from them again.

The hole for mounting a stick is quite shallow and didn't reliable hold incense. This could be a defect, but I would recommend the maker just make a hole straight through. easier to clean if something gets stuck.

I bought what I thought would be a variety, but they're all identical, and the holes are at a high angle so I bend/break the incense near the hole so it's closer to the tray..

No hole to hold the incense, but they are pretty.

Help children and produce a stick incense holder that’s wide enough to hold ashes; which ashes STAIN. Ergo, changes position while burning landing outside parameters.
