I like the ease of emptying the bag into my garbage bin, but do recommend you wear a face mask to avoid breathing in any flyaway dust that travels upwards while you shake the bag out. It is easy to install. I marked on it the date of first use. These are washable, and I would recommend line drying out in the sun once you do wash it. We are a pet-free home in a very dusty place (Southwest USA) and the bag captures ALOT. Truth be told, if you care for the bag, you will get more use of it than a pack of brand-name labeled bags. It is inside a Miele C3 Calima Canister Vacuum and I used a similar reusable bag in my older Miele canister vacuum for 15 years before the appliance died. If you care about the environment and your wallet this is a product worth investing in. I would imagine those with pets will get heaps of use from these. Great product.

With two little kids and a golden retriever, our floors need vacuuming daily to keep things under control. I love our Miele but was starting to really dislike the high cost for new bags.I'm really happy with how this works so far! It holds just as much dust and debris and creates a tight seal where it connects to the vacuum. Washing it is easy, I found spraying it out with the hose outside works great, and I let it dry in the sun. I like the ease of the plastic clip that holds the bag together. Easy to slide off to empty, easy to slide back on.Now my only issue is finding replacement filter pieces for my vacuum. Maybe this company will do that next! :)

Bought this for my Church's Miele S401i and despite some complaints by other reviewers this bag is actually better not only for the environment but it has saved my Church a projected $50 a year in bags. The only thing you still have to get are genuine Miele pre and exhaust filters which you have to change once a year. Other than that, you really don't need instructions to install let alone empty the bag, it is self-explanatory.

The bag is reusable. It needs better instructions though. For instance, it's washable but if you put it in the machine you'll ruin it as the plastic part is fragile. It clogs with dust so every other use or so you do need to wash it to keep your suction and other filters from clogging. The flap that closes is wearing out after several weeks of use. I expect to get about 10 uses out of this before it's fully worn out. Still worth it in summer months when pets are shedding. In the fall I'll go back to the original bags.

I was a little nervous that the bag wouldn’t stay securely closed. But after trips up and down and normal travels for my housekeeping vacuum Miele 2. I am very glad to find a reusable and washable one. Because the replacement bags are not cheap.

I was hoping to have found the perfect bag for my Miele vac that I love. However good it appeared to be, it was not quite what I had hoped for. Too much dust escapes the bag. Hope this will be improved soon!!!

Vacuum bag

I purchased this about 1 month ago, but I just came on here to find that the return period closed not long after I purchased it. I didn't start using it right away because I was still waiting to fill my last disposable vacuum bag. After installing this reusable bag, I noticed right away that it does fit in my vacuum but it is very tight and the plastic that slides into the vacuum to hold the bag in place is very flimsy. If I were to use this bag regularly I do not think it would last very long due to taking it out to empty it frequently and trying to wedge it back in. Regardless, the first time I did use this it broke. Where the plastic is glued onto the fabric came apart immediately. It still works but there is a big leak/gap between the vacuum hose and the bag so it's not working very well. Also the capacity of this bag is much smaller than the disposable bags, so beware you will be emptying this much more than changing bags. This was so pricey and I am regretting this purchase. I was so looking forward to using reusable vacuum bags!

If you don't want to buy expensive fabric bags for the rest of your vacuum's life stop! and just buy one of these instead. I bought the re-useable bag for the smaller canister designed for pet hair and now I have bought the bag designed to be compatible with the larger canister vacuum. Easy to use, thank you who ever came up with this.

This bag is just OK. Typical Chinese quality, exactly what I was expecting. Fits well, easy to take the clip off to empty the bag & it holds a fair bit of dirt. BUT, after taking it out to empty for the first time after the first time vacuuming with the new bag being used, there was a HUGE patch of dust on the bottom of the bag chamber of my Miele! Absolutely filthy!!! Enough that I had to take another canister vacuum & dusting brush to use to clean out the bag chamber. Also note, there are NO pre-motor filters included with the bag.....you will eventually have to replace it, & while you can order the pre-motor filters as a spare part from Miele, the cost of their bags & filters are hideously expensive....so you're probably not going to be saving quite as much money as you think.The ONLY WAY I would recommend this bag is if you're a pet owner & going thru lots of bags due to picking up lots of animal hair. And due to the poor filtration this bag has, I would strongly suggest buying a generic Miele HEPA filter to use in the vacuum. Otherwise, just buy the generic Miele HEPA Cloth bags here on Amazon. When you consider that you still have to buy pre-motor filters, a HEPA filter, & the amount of dust the bag leaks, to me it's not worth buying this product.

Will save me a few dollars. Easy to use. Does just as good a job as the use and throw away bags.
