This item is much better price than buying in a store, and works great! The gel matrix keeps open wound moist while the silver ions prevent growth of pathogens yeast or fungi.

I received 2, 4oz tubes as described. I will update my review once I change out my dressing and sleep over night with the gel on.I have both my forearms with deep wounds down into the “meat”. So I definitely can’t have anything that stings and have to have them moist at all times. This is going to be a very long healing process and I’m already 2 months in. It’s getting very expensive as I use at least 1oz a day on both arms together. So far with a lot of searching, this is the cheapest for the amount you get I have found on Amazon.It did have a safety seal when you take off the cap. And it is a clear gel like consistency and has no smell.

Great for cuts and abrasions. Helped a large burn heal quickly. Don’t need to use much.
