I received an unassembled N scale building which consisted of 17 individual pcs. It took approximately 5 minutes to assemble it using the photos from the product description in this site. Line up the tabs into each holes. Do NOT force them or you will end up breaking these tabs off! No glue necessary, although you can glue the pieces together if you’d like.

I was pleasantly surprised with this model. All parts were clean and fit together well. I was also impressed that the inside parts were painted black to minimize light leakage from internal illumination. I added glazing for the windows and rice paper diffusion to the glazing. All-all, a sturdy, attractive model.

This building is easy to assemble and visually looks good. It's well worth the price

My dislike is the material the product is made from.. There's no instructions on how to assemble it; so I have no idea what the finished product looks like when finished..My grandson wanted a few buildings for his birthday so he could place them on the shelf with his godzilla figures, he was disappointed he couldn't put them together. I purchased three; I would never buy them again and probably wouldn't recommend the product for purchase..
