Q: Is a 3A relay enough for home heatpump and airconditioning?

Not if u use it to switch the compressor. yes if its just for the thermostat

Q: Is it possible to connect an i2c (si7021 temp/humidity sensor) to the i2c pins 3 and 5 when using this hat?

As this board can be stacked, it has male pins on top, so you definitely physically can connect something to the pins. I guess you'll only need to take care of the I2C address you use to not interfere with the ones of the relay board(s)

Q: Does this board have optocouplers to prevent high voltage interference?

Dont think so. I wouldn't use it for high voltage anyway. See my review
