Well done
I have had the honor of training with Master Fred Scott many times over the past 30 years. This book covers the training and requirements for a student to test and be promoted to Green Belt (4th Gup) . The book is very detailed with great pics. Sure hope Sa Bom Nim continues and writes and publishes new books for all levels of training.

Fantastic Book
This is an awesome book. The best traditional Korean karate manual I've come across. Step by step instructions with quality pictures that really help me when studying Tang Soo Do. I've been in karate for many years and this book is very helpful when I have questions about my basic forms or when I forget the correct commands for beginning class. It covers everything from how to form a proper fist to executing an advanced self-defense move. Also, a great condensed history lesson on Tang Soo Do, a must-know for all students. Whether you are a beginner or a seasoned competitor, this is a must-have for all martial artists. I look forward to the next text covering more advanced material.

A great supplement to your Tang Soo Do classes
This book has more critical information on beginner and intermediate Tang Soo Do than most of the other books out there. The custom of showing a picture of each move, at its' end position, loses the vital transitional movements in between. This book has multiple pictures of a move covering the head turn, the chamber, the movement and then finally the end result. A much better method of showing detail. After all, what makes a good sandwich is what is in between, not the slices of bread. This book is for people who are asking for the details.

I was trained by Master Scott
As a one time student of Master Scott and a second Dan myself I can vouch as to his knowledge of the art. Fred Scott is bar none the best martial artist I have ever met in person and I've met many world renown martial artists. I do not have this book but if there is any question about weather or not the author is a quack or not just look up some of his credentials on google.
