My go-to cold remedy - as soon as I feel a sniffle coming on I start on these. They really do seem to ease the symptoms of cold or flu and I would recommend them. Something about the hot lemon makes you feel better!

Been using these for years , for me they help greatly when I have a cold , good taste although some people put a spoonful of sugar for a better taste , I don't , good strength very effective and give me relief that helps me sleep , I only take them when im in my bed , they help me relax , good value for the price.
