Masters of the Shadowlands Box Set: Books 1-4

I found that the 1st book in this series was free and then I thought well, to be honest each book of her series here is $5.99 not sure why the are so steep? If they were a mystery series, I would think nothing of it ...but when it is not an author I am most familiar with or know of ... I am must more hesitate to jump on it and shell out that kind of money. I know I am not the only one. I have never heard of Cherise ... until like a few weeks ago. So I thought why not get 4 books in 1 set. I hope in the future she will think about doing that again ... have a group or set made ... I mean us readers are not millionaires ... we can not shell out the doe that often, right?! Maybe if you have been around her style and know her books ... but I am such a newbie. That is my reason for not wanting to buy more of her books at this time ... 5.99 for each book is a lot of money to shell out if you are not sure they were will not be the same as what you just read. What I appreciate about these books or set, or just Cherise's writing in general ... it is not cheesy ... meaning sometimes when I read about the same subject ... other authors kind play it the subject or make light of it or whatever, but it comes off kind of cheesy. I think this is not the normal kind of topic or read ... I appreciate how Cherise does go about describing it and weaving the stories. I immediately found Cullen, aren't most reads about an alpha, hottie, mchot-ness kind of bartender that sort of way, seeming most interesting? ... there is not a character that doesn't make you laugh, smile or more curious where their story will head. & yes, there is even a Beth in this 4 books. NO, I am not even close to her style or ways. LOL! but it was and always is fun to see when an author does use the name Beth (Elizabeth). I know nothing of the lifestyle but I appreciate how Cherise tells it ...maybe, more common to chat about. or could chat about? I will look more into Cherise ... in hoping that something happens and there are more sets that are in fact more reasonable priced? ( ;

Well written and good stories circling the same BDSM club i Tampa. All stories have a male dom and female sub lovestory. All in the lighter end of bdsm and roleplay. I have read a looot af smut books and series and the auther don't use the side characters (from the previous books) very much. That's a shame! Like; why didn't Nolan call Dan to find Beth and participate in the search? I still wonder.... 🤔A bit tame to my taste and "same same" and therefore I won't buy the next books in the series.

I love Sinclair's ability to make me care about her characters. These books are each complete individual stories but since the characters re-appear in later books, I wouldnt classify them as "stand alones". They really make more sense & are more enjoyable when read in order.The heat if off the chart but the books also contain well-developed stories. I hope Sinclair put more of this series in boxed set, I'd rather get them all at once then one by one. The first book in the set has been free for a long time, so if you want to sample Sinclair's work, it's easy to do. Her "heat" isn't for everyone, esp. the faint of heart.If you enjoy BDSM elements; scorching heat w/enjoyable stories.. this is a don't miss series.

Sinclair writes so deeply and develops characters so well that I always want and crave more. I am reading all four Shadowlandbooks for the second time and will read more from her. Thank you.

This box set contains the first 3 books in the Shadowlands series.I absolutely loved all 3 but the first story was my favourite, because I love how it introduces you to Shadowlands and the characters exploded in future stories.Book 3 was most confronting as alongside the BDSM and romance, it explored the dark side of the world.I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SERIES TO PEOPLE WHO ARE NOT OFFENDED BY GRAPHIC LANGUAGE, SEXUAL CONTENT AND DESCRIPTIONS OF ABUSE!

These books are addictive! Do not buy unless you are able to miss work and sleep because you are reading them over and over!

I have read BDSM novels but this Box Set 1 - 4 is by far the BEST I have ever read!!! So true to life its amazing! I am going to continue on with this series FOR SURE!!! HOT AS HELL, Amazing SEX and good story lines for each book! Non-stop reading until the very last page leaving you wanting MORE!!! BRAVO!!!!!

I love this box set. For me book 1 was a revelation as I'd not read anything like it before. The fabulous characters, deep depth of emotion, creativity (of scenes and overall stories) doesn't let up from the first page. Each book has brought laughter and tears as well as sighs at the romantic moments. The very erotic, outstandingly creative (occasionally has dropping) scenes never fail to entertain and inspire. There are a lot of characters, each one with a clear, unique personality and I love the world of Shadowlands, every story is an adventure.

It was an okay box set but I'll be totally honest I've read a lot better written BDSM stories this box set just didn't grab me I found both male and female character's weak with not enough depth and the storylines felt wishy-washy like there wasn't enough to them, sorry I was really hoping to enjoy it as this author was recommended to me but this box set of stories just didn't do it for me.

I am absolutely fascinated with this series. This series of 1 to 4 novels are the best cost value bundle that can be offered. The characters in each story are some of the most sexy, steamy amazing people to read about. These stories are all based out of the exclusive Shadow lands BDSM club where all of the Dominates are the most powerful, experienced and highly skilled individuals. These stories are all about how the main Dominant character in each story along with their new submissive in their lives are thrown in the cycle of falling in LOVE and let me warn you that these Doms have no training on how to deal with the new and exciting emotion. Once you start reading there is no way of stopping until the end of all four stories OR you have to stop to do laundry because all four of these fabulous stories have the most erotic steamy most yummy BDSM scenes that will for sure make you horny and very very wet!!!!!!!

Terrific series by--IMHO--one of the best BDSM romance writers. Have bought the whole series and reread them a few times only to realize that I forgot to give them a glowing review. Keep 'em coming Cherise. Looking forward to future books full of great characters, interesting plot lines and twists, great humor and wonder BDSM scenes and settings.

This box set is a great buy. You will be reading each one and not wanting to put it down. You will be feeling so many emotions from each ..but especially toe curling luscious wishing you were cherished and loved like that if you were only that courageous. I have read the first in this series several time before purchasing the box set and I will be re-reading this set many many more time, plus purchasing more in this series.
