Okay first of all this is soooooooooooo strong - by far the strongest booty band I've ever tried! I've been using a black fabric one I bought on amazon and it worked well for about a year and a half, but over time I have gotten stronger and it was becoming easier to use so I decided to get a stronger band - and this one fits the bill perfectly! It takes sooo much more effort to move with this on - I use it three times a week (I use it for glute finisher exercises after my weighted squats/deadlifts/hipthrusts etc at the end of a session) and my god this has left me barely able to move! Soo pleased with this - if you're looking for an extremely strong band this is it!

I’ve not used yet as just arrived but you receive the pink band 😃 Looks like it’s made to last, a pink storage bag then a smaller pink travel bag and instructions that look clear and informativeI was concerned how it would be as not many reviews so I nearly went else were, glad I never as quality is 100% xI will update with review after using but I feel confident looking and feeling the quality x

Great for toning my legs. I purchased the lowest resistance version and it still gives plenty of resistance for a good workout. Comes with a little drawstring pouch as an added bonus. Very pleased.

Amazing quality band, strong and durable. My legs ache after first use! Would definitely recommend and I'm going to get the light pink aswell to mix my workouts up!
