Hi, my son just open his figure, and the left shoulder was broke and loose. This things could happen. I would like to know if is possible that you could send another one because we don't live in USA, so is very expensive to return it. If is not possible maybe we will need to find another one and buy it. I hope somebody read this and solve our problem. Thanks a lot.

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  The product looked used and the box was rather mistreated. The figure had many joint problems with some being way too loose or way to tight. Many of the hands would not stay on and the ones that are supposed to hold the items take a lot of playing with to get them to stay on tight. The figure looks old and it has a few places that look open or were rushed to made. I’m rather disappointed with the figure itself but hopefully it serves it’s purpose to actually help me draw. Apart from that I do not recommend buying it and if I had the money I would buy a better one. I’m rather unsatisfied with the figures quality and how hard I had to play with it to get the parts to stay in place. I even had to get my tools from my gundam kit to cut into a few pieces so they would be able to actually pop into the arms. I hope my money could be returned or I could at least receive a replacement of better quality but I doubt I will receive either. Wary of anyone buying this figure and I hope I could get a response with a solution to my dissatisfaction of the product

This thing is very helpful with my drawing since now I can proportion the body easier and actually get good poses with better angles. The only issue I've had is that it got slightly damaged in shipping, so the entire right-side wrist joint pops out, making it difficult to replace the hand from time to time if I'm not extra careful.Try not to be forceful with this thing if you can help it, the figure might break if you use too much strength.

The figure is cool and so many possibilities for poses, but the joints in both wrists snapped and one of the shoulders broke in the middle of a sketch. Recommend not changing any of the pieces if you want to keep it in working condition.

Saw this online some were and decided to pick it up. Any time I position the figure it feels like it is going to break. Also, it has a very uncanny valley look to it. The head is miss-shaped, and the neck is way too thick. I'm sure there are some other proportions off. All the materials feel very cheap and like they are going to break on me at any moment. 1/10 would not buy ever again.

A bit small, and the pieces are hard to change out, but it does well with helping the artist

My granddaughter loves it.

Cant wait to get back to drawing.
