Wonderful product that worked well for me.
I'm glad I didn't read the reviews before buying this, because it might have scared me off. I'm on meds that have me always dehydrated, and living with leg cramps. I hate drinking water, but lately, I've been cramping, and my skin looked "ruddy." So, I bought this, tried it (tasted great, but don't try it at dinner time because you won't fall asleep.) I had CABG x5 and had no heart issues after trying this. However, everyone is different, so check with your Doctor first. Ok, 5 mins. After drinking it, my forehead and under my eyes felt "different." I imagine it was my sinuses, a d the feeling abated after 10 mins. It was a good feeling, and I suspect it was the feeling of being hydrated. I did not have heart palpitations, or even a "jittery feeling," but the feeling of natural, good energy. What does that mean? Ok, I'm 58, and I haven't felt that kind of natural energy in decades. I just felt good! My mistake was drinking it around 6:00pm. I had such good energy, I wanted to clean, be active etc. It was frustrating because it was late, a d my family was asleep, so I sat up until 4am watching TV. Anyway, so no negative reaction, tasted great, price is high, but it's worth it. I used 1 tube in 8oz of water and it tasted great. Oh, zero cramps that night nor the next. Again, due to the sodium content, check with your Doctor, but have no fear if they give you the "green light."

Amazing Stuff!!
I purchased Drip Drops because my seizure meds have a tendency to lower my sodium and chloride levels really bad. Also, I knew it'd be great for my hubby to better replace lost electrolytes. And I might be a little frustrated by trying to fit all the sports drinks in my fridge. Before searching amazon for what I needed, I prayed God to lead me in what I should get. After reading the accurate product description, I knew this was it!! I felt better almost immediately! Even better than I do getting an IV because I never know who will insert my iv and what tape they'll use, despite this former nurse telling them what to do. When I had my levels rechecked the next day, I was back where I needed to be. I've read some of the other reviews. Hubby has high blood pressure, but he had no issues. Again, this is only for use if needed, so unless someone with high blood pressure is just downing these and hasn't done exercise or such that their electrolytes don't need to be replaced, I can't imagine how a problem happens. Again, I'm not trying to give medical advice or anything, just giving an accurate account of our experience. I also gifted this to a couple from church who've had problems with low sodium levels and the results were impressive. I've already ordered more! I love that my purchases will go to help those who really need help. And it's my prayer this review helps someone else! Oh yeah, and it tastes great! I hate drinking water. This tastes like Jolly Ranchers, seriously! God bless!

Great for Hydration
I bought these to keep myself hydrated after a tonsillectomy and they absolutely worked but not without some pain that isn't really the product's fault.Being an adult, a tonsillectomy is a fairly high risk surgery, and my surgeon told me ahead of time that it was extremely important that I stay hydrated despite the pain from swallowing to avoid complications. The pain is worse if you let yourself get dehydrated and you risk your scabs falling off too early and bleeding happening. These were absolutely useful for me during my healing process. I managed to stay hydrated between these and regular bottled water. However I will say, if you are looking at these specifically for any surgery in the mouth/throat/nose I would maybe reconsider depending on your personal pain tolerance. One of the ingredients in this (and in Gatorade and Pedialyte) is Citric Acid which is something you are supposed to avoid for a few weeks post surgery. The reason for this is that it will absolutely burn when you drink it, similar to putting hand sanitizer on a paper cut, but in your throat. It was not ideal. I had to at some point drink it in stages, waiting for the burn to wear off before drinking more.I have a high pain tolerance, so I can say that I would absolutely buy these again if I had to. For reference, at no point in my recovery would I have classed my pain higher than a 6/10 at the absolute worst, and even the burning from drinking this was a 2/10 at worst after having my throat cauterized a second time.

Good but pricey...
So, I bought these packets because I need to up my water intake and for some reason I just don't like the taste of water. I try adding fruit to it but it really doesn't help much. I get dehydrated often because I just don't drink enough. I've tried a bunch of different packets and some were either too sweet, tasted too much like artificial sweetener or just left a gross taste in my mouth. I decided to give these a try based on the reviews and always seeing them pop up on my Amazon homepage.Anyway, long story short... I tried the Berry flavor and it is good. The water has to be iced cold for me to enjoy it. I also tried the Watermelon packet and while it does taste like watermelon, I can't get past the fact that it tastes like watermelon chapstick to me 😣. I haven't tried lemon yet, but hopefully I like that one as well. These are a bit costly, $19.99 for 16 packets? Yikes! I'm glad I ordered them when they were on the lightening deals for I believe $12.99. Still pricey though. I have nothing else to add as this is my first day trying them.
