Q: What I meant, does the product turn purple during the colouring or does it stay white? Thanks :)

Hi, The powder and cream do go a shade of violet, which is normal.

I know you asked this question a while back, but wanted to answer in case anyone else was looking for advice. If your bleached hair is over toned (gone a shade of purple) and that is not your desired result, please do not add any more purple tones. Your hair is very porous after lightning, your best bet is using head and shoulders and wash a few times, then a big deep condition. If still not at your desired result, head to Sally’s (or equivalent) and get a very slightly warmer/more champagne glaze. 🤍
