Easy & comfortable to wear
Set once & done. Makes them easy to use so you keep using them. Effective, but comfortable to wear. Use them while I sleep. Gives me hours of use without interfering in anything I do.

I was having issue with trigger finger so ordered this. It was an amazing change and helped the trigger finger issue a lot. Would recommend for people with trigger finger issues.

High quality - affordable - gets job done 100%
Really an amazing product, after a double fracture to my fourth finger on my dominant hand. Right hand, this has been an absolute necessity. Extremely well-built fits me just right I am a female with small hands that border on the medium. And this is perfect I read some of the other reviews and it sounds like people gave up before they became efficient at putting it on. Like anything the more you use it the faster you get at it and the better and more comfortable it fits. If you hurt your hand I definitely recommend this because you will not be finding this one in a Walmart, Kroger or any other local store. The only other braces that come close are ridiculously expensive and this one not only fit the task but I would have been willing to pay more for the quality of this brace.

Works... but velcro is weak
Overall, this finger splint does the job and is comfortable; however, the velcro (especially the bit that holds the wrist strap together) is very weak. This leads to the splint often coming undone at night and falling off. Not sure why they skimped out on the cheap, one-sided velcro there. I will probably need to end up sewing on a strip of real velcro to solve this.

Reaches middle knuckle on normal size adult hand.
This was a perfect solution to stabilize what's sometimes called a "boxers knuckle." (This particular injury was a Subluxation of the tendon. I think "boxers knuckle" can include other injuries as well.) At any rate, his first (fist) knuckle needed to be stabilized. Based on the product photo we had intended to cut the brace "finger" back so it would only reach the middle knuckle. As it turns out, we didn't need to, because the brace was exactly the right length for what he needed. He has a normal sized adult hand. (Photo's attached) Also, he wears in on the inside of his hand, not the outside. The metal part of the brace is sturdy, but it CAN be bent to better form to the palm of your hand. That said, we're buying another one so he can have one that fits the position of his hand while using his computer mouse, and another one for whatever else he's doing. (The brace is bendable, but not so easily bendable that you'd want to keep changing it.) A very good solution to an unfortunate situation.

Great product!
Worked great, Brought the splint to my doctor after a week of having my fiberglass cast on and told him I Would rather cut my hand off than wear that thing. He was hesitant to allow me to use just the splint because of how active I am but I ended up walking out with it:). Doctors prefer that your pinky finger rest close to 90* to keep the tendons from getting tight and luckily the metal in the splint is bendable to allow such configuration. Healed up great. Only minor problem would be after taking it on and off a million times, the Velcro starts to not stick as well but Hopefully You keep it on like the doctor suggests;) would buy again but hopefully i Dont have too

Very uncomfortable doesn't support well
Have a boxers fracture. It doesn't support well just keeps fingers straight. Very uncomfortable and hard no padding and my hands are very boney. Had to use a sock on my hand to add some cushioning so it was so uncomfortable feeling. Wish it extended further down my wrist as thers no wrist support at all and it makes my whole hand move. The area for the thumb is not in the right spot so the middle velcro rubs badly on the skin there. I got a size s/m it's to big for my wrist to small for the middle of my hand the fingers fit perfectly. Wouldn't reccomend.
