Sit back and relax with Volume 2 of the Tai Chi Meditation experience as Professor Jerry Alan Johnson s flowing words and John Serrie s soothing music guide and carry you to new heights of awareness and self-discovery. This program includes 37 minutes of guided meditation set to John Serrie s accompaniment, along with 37 additional minutes of his new contemporary instrumental music. The ancient masters of Tai Chi discovered that powerful meditations were required to enhance and deepen their training. The Eight Direction Perception meditation was cultivated on the Wudang Mountains in Ancient China. This esoteric training allowed the Taoist Monks to expand their perceptual awareness and increase their psychic ability. Through the complexities of modern society, many of us have numbed our abilities to feel our own emotions, internal energies and the subtle powers and intentions that permeate our existence. This meditation releases the trapped emotional memory and stagnant energy lodged in the tissues of the body that inhibit our sensory functioning. The latter part of the meditation is devoted to stimulating and balancing the left and right hemispheres of the brain. This will unleash newfound levels on intuition and creativity.

Enjoyed this meditation, helps me be more centered
I believe this meditation goes beyond creating "psychic abilities". Actually I found it more profound. It does help you expand your awareness inside and outside your body. I believe it strenghtens the aura and more stable. I enjoy it and find it very helpful.

Sehr gut!
