EdemaWear Open Toe 22” SM

These were super helpful with my husband's edema after some medical procedures. We had zero clue about support socks and so on, so honestly we just bought the ones his very experienced RN recommended. They're great!!!!! Comfy and cool but really kept that swelling down. SO happy to have such a simple, non-pharmaceutical solution!! Highly recommended. Trust the measurements in the sizing chart.

light to moderate compression, easy to put on. Best for those who aren't on their feet a lot, since the mesh can rub and irritate the skin where shoes are.

I'm a RN and wound care nurse (now retired) and I never knew about these stockings for edema control until I recently took an on-line course in wound and skin care. I got them because of the pedal and pre-tibial pitting edema I developed after having acute TM. While they are easier to put on (and more effective) than compression socks, I don't find them very easy to apply one-handed, and wish there was a closed-toe version as these tend to roll back from the toe into a little wad under the ball of my foot when putting on shoes. They do wash well, although plan to let them air-dry for 2 days before re-using. Also, you can find places on-line where they are much cheaper than the Amazon ones.

I don't like the open toe

I previously purchased a product similar to this one, wore it and laundered it many times, and it held up well. This one either tore immediately or had holes in them.

I am in edema therapy due to fluid in my feet and legs. The therapist put me in this type of socks or hose not sure the name you use for edema. She gave me Amazon website and order number . I really needed another pair. I ordered me a pair and received quickly from Amazon..this type does not hurt my legs. Very comfortable to wear. Not expensive ....I will tell you I really like to wear these hose.

Have bought several pairs of these from many places. They are incredible. Easy to put on and keep the swelling down. Highly recommend!!
