Hi,Good morning.Just about my 2 scooters. They both have broken dawn 2 times already and i tired of this. Im sorry but i would like get a refund back. That would he the best for me. Im trying to contact ups and i cant het any answer. So as im tired, i would like my refund back. Me and my wife need them ti vet ti work but as it’s broken we cant anymore. Hi my product came yesterday and the box was damaged not to bothered about but I am trying to charge it and the light won’t go red, it’s on two bars and won’t charge at all looks like no power is going through to the scooter

A very short throttle cable runs from the throttle to the brake handle, this was broken away when the brake handle was taped to the steering column during packaging, so making the scooter unusable. I have ordered a replacement and just hope it doesn't have the same problem.

I bought this scooter to walk the dog, and to use it on holiday. I have arthritis in my knees so I'm not always capable of moving around as much as I used to; also, I weigh 210kg. Basically this scooter solves all of my problems. I'm well aware that my size limits the range somewhat; also, it won't go up slopes any longer than a few yards with me riding it! That being said, it did cover roughly eight miles today, the second half of which was in a full-on rain-storm - which meant having the lights on. Most of the time it's spent on rough ground so it needs to be strong: but, it really appears to be so. I hope it lasts! I have one moan: the brake does tend to be a bit abrupt but I'm getting used to that. I can't NOT give this scooter top marks.

If you weight is more then 65kg do not buy it it won’t carry you at small ramps
