Hairmax Lasers work!
Ordering the Hairmax Ultima 12 Laser Comb from QVC in 2015 was a game-changer. Prior to that, I had tried just about everything, even seeing a dermatologist specializing in hair loss. I use it religiously as directed. I decided to upgrade and got Hairmax LaserBand 41, so happy I did I can now use the Laser Comb for travel. The proof is in how my hair feels, and its texture.HRM

Hairmax Laserband 41 is very small and gave me a headache
I bought the Hairmax Laserband 41 on Amazon Prime day, and I was very excited to receive it. Unfortunately, it is very tight and gave me a headache. I had to force it open to get it on my head. The product description does not warn you that it may be too tight, if you have a larger head, and is not flexible at all. I am returning the item. Buyer beware!

This actually works.
I have been using these for over four years and it actually works. I am not so sure that it makes hair grow but it definitely keeps hair from falling out as fast. There is a lot less hair in my hair brush and I don't have to clean the hair brush nearly as often as I used to.

Seems to work great
I've been using this for a while now and it has way more lights than my first hand held one, so easier and a lot less time to use. It is working well - my hair is doing and looking great - not falling out easily. It charges pretty fast and the charge lasts pretty well but the instructions say to charge after each use which I think seems unnecessary and overkill.I was really expensive though, so that's my only complaint.

If it doesn’t work- you may not get full refund.
My unit does not stay charged - only had it 10 days - contacted company - they said to return but when I started return- it says may be partial refund. This device was suggested by my Dermotologist so if I do not receive a full refund - she will be told - I don’t think she will continue to recommend if that’s the case. Anything less than a full refund is unacceptable - I will update when I know.

Expensive and does not work at all
Despite using consistently, my hair loss is worse than ever. I paid $600 and wonder if this device is a fake or some kind of fraud.
