This oil will have a slightly glossy and darkening effect on light colored beards. You will notice the glossy effect more. If you've used any other beard oils in the past, the effect is just about the same. The bottle is a dark color, but the oil has no color of its own. I do not have a white beard, but light brown and this is my experience.

I'm sorry, brother, but it will not. Just keep shaving and grow out to stubble every once in a while to see where your beard lines are. Keep trying and Good luck!
