Have you ever felt like even a beginner's book was way out of your league? Like you needed a dictionary, preferably an illustrated one just to get through the first chapter? I've had that experience and Amber Bradshaw experienced something like that and that's why she wrote this book. This book contains everything you need to know about beekeeping explained in a down to earth, conversational style. I've read other beekeeping books but none quite like this one. It's so in depth without becoming overwhelming. Every new word is explained and different options are presented without judgement. This book is all you need to start keeping bees or go deeper with your interest. If you're teaching others how to keep bees you should absolutely get this book, it will remind you exactly where a beginner stands and what information they need. I should disclaim that the publisher sent me a copy for review and I consider Amber Bradshaw a friend, but that very info is also what qualifies me to say that reading this book is just like chatting to her one on one. Amber cares about you as a beekeeper and she is doing everything possible in this book to hold your hand and make you a successful beekeeper.
