how do they compare in texture and taste to the Maille brand?

I found the texture to be similar but I prefer the Maille or Trader Joe’s cornichons over these. These had a distinctly pine resin flavor I didn’t like at all.

This product is gluten free. Very good

Cornichons are very small very sour pickles. (Spanish) Used as a relish or in salads - such as potato.

do these contain probiotics?

I never read anything about probiotics on this product.
