NADH 5mg 60ct (60 Tablets, 60 Serv)

I read about this in the book "Dirty Genes". Do NOT take with food, the book said. So, of course I took it with food. It gave me a headache and I got muscle aches in my arm. I re-read the book and saw the note. Do not eat for at least an hour before taking this supplement. So, trying again with no food this worked great. It helps me wake up, giving me energy in the morning and I am not a morning person. It reset my circadian clock in some way, and now I fall asleep earlier and wake up earlier. My permanently cold hands and feet are warming up. I'm sleeping with 1 blanket instead of 4 blankets, my body temperature is becoming more normal. Wow, it's amazing that one supplement can do this much!

This is the only NADH that I’ve found on Amazon that each tablet is individually wrapped in foil and is protected from oxidation or breakdown from exposure to air. NADH is a very unstable compound that needs to be kept in refrigerator and protected from oxygen. It’s best taken in morning on an empty stomach. I’ve been taking NADH on and off for years, usually stopping because I couldn’t find a product that was stored correctly but KAL fit the bill. I wish it came in 10mg tablets but no biggie. Here’s the answer that AI provided when I asked about stability of NADH “ NADH is sensitive to air and can decompose rapidly when exposed to oxygen, making it less stable in the presence of air. It is best stored in a dry, dark environment to maintain its stability.”

This is a lifesaver. It’s the perfect energy booster especially if taken at lunch time. It lasts about 6 hours so it doesn’t keep you awake at night. What I really like is that its subtle not harsh, not like a rush of energy, or adrenaline. After you take it, after 30 min to an hour you just notice that you feel up to doing the rest of what’s on your task list for the day.

I have been looking for something to help me. I kept running across NAHD. It is said to be used for CFS and Fibromyalgia. It began to help me the first day! The 5mg is best for me. Also, the 3 inactive ingredients are not bothersome for me. A lot of inactive ingredients are a problem for me. It is a Godsend for me!

They are getting a one star, because there was a card that had only one pill, the rest were empty blisters. Otherwise,all the other cards were full. Not sure what happened, but at the very least, it is crummy quality control.

I have had chronic fatigue for 27 years,this is the first thing that has ever helped! At first I noticed a decrease in brain fog, and over time my energy increased. I have been taking them as instructed for about six months now and the difference is incredible! I sleep 8 or 9 hours a day instead of 10 to 12, and feel alert and awake instead of exhausted all the time.
