Had problems with my elbow and knees and the pain isn't as intense as it usually is, plus I feel like I'm more awake and rested in the morning. Pills were easy to swallow and there's no weird taste or odor afterwards. Highly recommend!

I am very pleased with this Tart Cherry. I was having to take 2-3 tablets a day for my reason to take it at all. It helps with sleep. Now, this product has a higher concentration 1500 mg per tablet and I can take one a night. I am saving 1/3 of the cost I paid before. This does not work for everyone. I recommended it to one friend and she said (of the lower concentration product) that it didn't help her sleep. She has a very busy and stressed life, though. I'll admit I am just a hyper gal and need to relax. Try it...I take it with 1/2 banana or a little milk as indicated right before turning the light out. It takes about 12-15 minutes to take affect. Also, the type of Cherry is Montmorency (sp?) Cherry. Not any cherry capsules do the trick. Thanks Amazon for carrying this product.P. S. Why take Tart Cherry to help me sleep? I don't like to take drugs long term and yes, they work but this is natural.

I bought this product for my mother to help her with her mild arthritis. She's been using it for a couple weeks and has had noticeable results in reduced pains on her shoulder and arms. Great product to use for joint pain and stiffness.

No issues, has stopped my Gout from appearing.

My knees felt better within days!! 3 weeks later, I no longer ride a cart at the grocery...wonderful!!!
