I LOVE Yoga Toes!
I am a yoga teacher and an avid runner and Yoga Toes are one of my favorite tools! I would not go without them! I know how important our feet are in yoga, in running and in life! After all - who wants foot pain?! You can go get all the snazzy pedicures you want, but if your feet and legs hurt - what’s the point?Yoga toes are gentle yet effective. You might feel like it’s torture the first time - especially if your feet and toes really are tight but start out a little at a time and you will be surprised at the results! Over time the tension will subside and your feet and legs will have some relief. I would say foot pain is one of the biggest reasons people are sidelined from running. Foot pain is miserable! Do something proactive so you can feel better. Yoga helps with our toes and feet as well, and Yoga Toes reinforces this practice. I personally used to have hammer toes and a he beginnings of bunions when I first began practicing yoga. My feet steadily improved. Back then I didn’t know about Yoga Toes. Once I found them I wished I had had them sooner. It was actually my mom who introduced me to Yoga Toes and I’ve used them ever since. I run half marathons so I encounter lots of foot tightness. These have helped me prevent plantar fasciitis as well! This is one more awesome tool I recommend for your self care and stretching/ strengthening regimen! Great quality product, reasonably priced, very durable and easy to use. The gel is soft so it is not harsh on your right feet. You can even walk around with them on. Great product and gives great results if used regularly. I recommend daily if possible.

Worth ever bit!
I love love love these toe spacers. Yes, it was a bit tricky to put them on at first. It works best to keep the entire pad behind the toes at all times as you nudge each toe spacer into place. After only a couple uses, I can slip these on in no time and the feeling is fantastic. I walk, run, with ease. I honestly prefer them on now than off! Fingers crossed these spacers will help stem the neuropathy I'm experiencing. Once just tingly toes progressed to numbness in my entire foot bed excluding the heels. I will update the review if these do help moderate the neuropathy. Regardless, my feet feel great wearing these. Bonus, much easier to paint my toenails!

Life‑Changing for Foot Pain – My Favorite Item Ever!
These Yoga Toes are, without question, my favorite self‑care item ever. I originally bought them to help with my plantar fasciitis, and I honestly can’t believe the difference they’ve made. After using them consistently, my foot pain has completely gone away. They gently stretch and realign my toes in a way that feels so good, especially after a long day on my feet.My husband uses them too, and they’ve been a huge help in managing his Morton’s neuroma pain. It’s rare to find something so simple that provides this much relief, but these really do. The material is soft yet sturdy, so they give a great stretch without feeling uncomfortable, and they’re easy to clean and store.I’ve recommended them to so many friends and family members — and have even purchased several pairs as gifts — because I think everyone should try them. For the price, the comfort and relief they provide is priceless.If you deal with foot pain or just want to give your feet some much‑needed love, you need these. I can’t recommend them enough.

Too large for my feet
I was so looking forward to using this, but it was too large for my feet. I wear women's size 7 shoe, but my toes are too short to hold this between my toes. I loved wearing it and feel it would really work if I could keep them on, but they kept coming off if I moved my feet. The downside also is you can't move around with them on. You need to keep them elevated when using them. My toes are so close, I had a difficult time getting them between 3rd and 4th toes and keeping them there. I tried them 3 times, very little pain and was able to keep them on for more than 20 minutes and feet felt good when I was finished with them. I am disappointed they didn't work as I really need something to help my old feet. I would recommend if you have larger feet to try them. They just didn't work for me.

Your Feet Will Thank You! The Best Spreaders for Stationary Foot Therapy!
Your feet should feel so much better after the very first use. AND it gets better with continued use, at least for me!I bought these after discovering 2 things:1. How effective minimalist shoes are at helping to alleviate foot pain. Before wearing those, nothing really helped me, inculding the silly Kuru shoes. My Xero shoes are wonderful.2. How theraputic it is for your feet when you practice realligning your toes and spacing them out after cramping them into "foot prisons," (ordinary 'stylish' shoes) for most of your life.There are videos about the progressive use of spacers. Some podiatrists agree and some may disagree about whether your can retrain your toe allignment, but there are plenty of folks who believe this and have seen AND FELT the results, like ME.These spacers are wonderful 'cause they are easy to put on and keep on. They're strictly for around the house while reclining, and although you can walk around in them, just don't try getting too active in them. Simply relaxing on the couch or in bed is best.There is another type: I use a smaller type of toe spacers inside my Xero barefoot shoes.
