No, I had to purchase the screws seperately.

Does it have to be removed for oil changes?

Don't purchase, their Ford.offerings for shield won't line up with the holes for securing with screws and screws are not included

What screws fit best with this? And does it fit a 2013 escape?

I ordered the screws that were suggested at the time of the order. I'm no mechanic, but the description says it is "compatible with Ford Escape 2013-2017"
