Corelle Country Cottage 8-Piece 10.25-Inch Dinner Plate Set

I love Corelle plates. They never disappoint. They’re sturdy and compact and fit so nicely into one another. Obviously they’re glass so they will break if you drop them (though I’ve had a couple of experiences of dropping them and them not breaking, they don’t always do that though). These ones were a gift, but I have used them while visiting and they’ve been holding up quite nicely. They are microwave safe, and because they’re thin they don’t get hot as fast as some other plates. If you leave them in long enough they’ll get hot too, but generally you can get the food to a nice temperature and have the plate still be a grab able temperature. At least in my experience. I love Corelle.

These are very pretty plates. Simple and cheerful I think would be a good description. What can one say about Corelle. Serviceable, easy to care for, and lasts for generations. Just one VERY important thing. DO NOT ACCIDENTALLY LEAVE CORELLE ON A HOT SURFACE LIKE A STOVE BURNER!!! I accidentally set a plate on a stove top burner that was still on. Corelle is like glass when it breaks. Thank heavens my back was turned when it blew up and smashed into hundreds of tiny shards. I'm in a wheelchair so if I had been facing the stove, it would have blown up right in my face. We cleaned up shards that had flown clear across the kitchen. Corelle is wonderful, lightweight tableware, but it can't stand high heat.

We like these so much we purchased a third set so that we have plenty to use. These are reliable, hold up well, and are attractive.

These are wonderful dinner plates that are very durable and lightweight. For 20 years we have been using heavy ceramic plates in our home and they weigh quite a bit. It was time to change and these are perfect. They lay nicely within each other and do not take up near as much room. They are much thinner than our older plates and the weight savings is enormous. Our old were chipped and cracked and these have held up to similar abuse without damage. In love with this set.

I've owned 2 full sets of Corelle dishes in different patterns over the past 45 years, along with bits of another dozen or so other patterns. Yes, I am a dedicated Corelle fan! The dishes seldom break, take up little space in the cupboard, and are great to have as an insurance policy in earthquake-country where a person can lose all the contents of their cabinets in one major shake. I had trouble making up my mind about this pattern as it appeared a bit "meh" in the photos. But, I was in need of some extra dinner plates and these appeared that they could mix and match with various other patterns of Corelle that I already own. The design is rather easy on the eyes, the plates have a nice smooth design that is easy to wash, and overall I am pleased with the purchase. One thing that I did notice is that the patterned part is a bit more elevated in a textured feel to the fingertips than older patterns which were much smoother in their application during manufacture.

this is the 2nd set i got that has different colors that advertised. the first one i returned, this one i'll keep. these products are good quality and price is good. problem is the actual r faded compared to pics, but here it's reasonable. hope manufacturer will fix this

Same high quality, easy cleaning dishes I have come to love and expect. I love the light weight and beautiful color border.

Pretty!

Muy bonitos, los compre para completar mi vajilla. Son ligeros y resistentes. El envio 10/10 todo llego en buen estado.

I have had Corelle Country Cottage Dinner Plates for years and wanted more of just the dinner plates. I was so happy to find a set of 8 plates without all the other dinnerware. Well made plates, however they will shatter to tiny pieces if they hit the floor the right way -which is most plates and which is why I needed more plates. I love the design and the lightweight of the plates. The design and pattern on my old dishes have held up extremely well over the years without fading.

جودة وخفة وزن وجمال اللون والشكل ، انصح بالماركة عموما ممتازة

good

I was hoping for thicker plates, but once they arrived I realised that despite being thin they are quite durable and don't break easily at all. Very pretty but simple design, I'd buy these again if I lost my current ones for sure!
