I suppose I should’ve read the description a little bit more carefully because I got a little surprise when these two tiny packages arrived. STAY AWAY FROM THIS “DEAL”
There’s no doubt that this flour is great, but do not buy from this seller. I paid $26 for 5lbs off flour that retails in local grocery stores, etc for $8-10!!!! I thought I was getting a great price on 25 lbs. BEAUTY AND NUTRITION CO is misrepresenting!!!

Best Bread flour you can buy!!
King Arthur organic bread flour makes great bread. Nice rise during the yeast proofing. Bakes a great loaf of bread. I like the King Arthur bread. Flavor. We like to grind rosemary and basil herbs in our Mortar & Pestle and put it in the watery bowl in the very beginning. It’s nice to get all the flavors mixed up in the water before the 1st proofing. King Arthur bread flour is the best bread flour I have found!!

Bread fit for a king!
I love King Arthur. My pastries and loaves of bread are always perfect! Just wished it was sold in Canada. I recommend all their products. They will not disappoint you.
