Helios X Red Light Therapy for Face 3-in-1 Infrared LED Light Therapy & Thermal Heating Facial Rejuvenation Massager Device for Anti-Aging, Improve Wrinkles, Texture/Age Spots Facial Light Therapy

I was a skeptic at first, but I wanted to give it a try. Right out of the box it was very easy to use. The unit works exactly as it said, and is very soothing and relaxing. I use facial cream to help the device glide easier and I used it for 10 minutes all over my face. I am 31 with pretty good skin and minimal wrinkles. After the first use I was shocked to say the least, I didn't expect any results for several weeks. My skin actually glowed and looked smoother, the pores were considerably reduced in size. Ladies go for it this is the next best thing to getting a facial for double the cost which would not be as effective if your going once a month. Doing this daily has really improved my skin.

Received this item in late April and have used 3 nights per week for 15 minutes each time. It is stored connected to a charging point, and always indicates a full charge when I go to use it. It is late June, and the unit is malfunctioning. It only stays on for 3 to 5 seconds before shutting off., lights indicating a dead battery. I am very disappointed, as i had seen great results from using the device. Unless the company fixes this situation, this has been an annoying waste of $.**UPDATE OVER YEAR LATERThe company sent a replacement device immediately. I've used that device nearly daily since that time with no issues at all. The red light wand WORKS and has made a very visible difference in skin elasticity, fine wrinkles, fading sun damage and treating rosacea. Definitely a 5 star beauty tool and a 5 star company.

So far I have used the product 4 times in total (3 times 2 weeks ago and 1 time this week) and it's too early (I guess) to talk about some serious results. However, I can see that after using it, the elasticity of my skin improves and my pores are less visible. The lines between my eyebrows improved too. I am specifically targeting the area around my mouth where my skin elasticity is not so good. I haven't noticed any improvement yet but hopefully that will happen too.Update after a month (and something):No wrinkles between my eyebrows! That's great and I hope I will start seeing even more improvement on my face.However, the devise stopped working properly and I haven't used it in a week. The seller kindly suggested to send me a replacement. This is very much appreciated and I hope that with the new device, my facial skin will look even better.I will keep updating you!

I purchased this item in November of 2024 The unit is supposed to hold a charge for a 150 minutes. If I'm lucky, I'll get 60 minutes. Charging is supposed to take one to two hours. In the instructions it says if your battery is getting low a red light is to flash. Have not seen that yet.While plugged in for charging, the light is red. The instructions say that when it is fully charged the Yellow light will come on - I have yet to see a yellow light.I even tried to contact the seller on a phone number that was provided and on a email to send to. Both resulted in no response despite a one year warranty , use time seems to be steadily decreasing and requiring more frequent charging.

The media could not be loaded. I got the Helios X to plump up collagen on my face and neck, and to iron out any burgeoning fine lines. This is obviously a long-term goal, and I have been using the Helios X for almost two weeks, but I'm impressed so far. The device is very easy to use, and the heat and light are manageable (not overly hot or bright). I enjoy the warmth on my skin and feel like it has smoothed things out thus far. It does sometimes drag a little when gliding across the skin, so I'm not sure if using a serum or something first would fix that.I even have used it a couple of times on my (very) old pregnancy stretch marks. Although they are probably here to stay, I did feel like the device firmed the skin up there EVER SO slightly. I'm excited to see what extended use will uncover.I in no way think anything is a miracle product, but I do enjoy the experience of using this, and paired with taking collagen supplements orally, I feel like there is some progress. This product produces better results than the Silkn FaceFX for half the price. The Silkn FaceFX malfunctioned after four short months of light use, which is appalling for the price I paid for the product. After more thorough research, I decided to buy the Helios which has all the same functions while also being wireless and portable so I can take this with me on vacations. My wrinkles and fine lines are less apparent and my neck appears firmer. I’ve even received comments from colleagues after using this product that I look more refreshed! I chose this product because I wanted something to restore my natural collagen and it has worked wonderfully with money in my pocket to spare.

It has been doing wonders for my face, hands, neck and chest in just 2 weeks. However, I charged it up (so I thought) yesterday and went to use it today and the yellow light stays on, the bottom part of the handle is warm - like it's overheating - and the red lights in the head of the wand don't come on at all. Obviously there's something defective. I highly recommend the red light therapy but this product seems unreliable. $79 for 2 weeks of use, not good.
