This wedge is really nice. Not only is it a very pleasant soft, quilted fabric, it essentially comes with TWO wedges, so you can make your surface higher if needed. I know that for my first son, who had such bad reflux, that the wedges on the market were useless. They're like an inch inclined. He had to sleep practically sitting up to avoid spitting up insane amounts. A dinky inch wedge did nothing. Im not even sure this wedge existed at that point, but now for my second son (who of course now appears to not have any reflux problems), I anticipated the same issue and went on the hunt for a decent wedge that actually WEDGED. I loved that this was adjustable with the two wedges.I use just the one wedge right now, under his crib mattress. He doesn't sleep there much right now bc he is a newborn, but when he does it is nice to know that he isn't laying impossible flat after feeding. No one feels good doing that, so why would I make him do it?For the price, this wedge set is definitely worth it. Wedges are unnecessarily expensive in general, but bc this one comes with two I felt like it was way more worth it. I plan to use the other wedge in things like his bassinet mattress if he develops problem. I also plan to use it for tummy time at first so he's not flat on the ground.Definitely recommend

This is a great pillow my son has bad acid reflex and everything the dr told me to do I did and it didn’t help I need something else to help him so he can sleep so I found this pillow and I though why not give it a try turned out it was the best thing I did for my son I have the pillow under the mattress and he sleeps so peaceful now I did ask his dr before I started with using it and the dr liked it as will also if y’all r like me y’all will think it a bit pricey for a pillow I never spent so much on a pillow before but u do get to clean it and reuse the pillow so u don’t throw it away it is safer for the baby then anything else and u feel safer using it instead of being scared all night so I think u get ur money worth on this great pillow love and so happy I found it hope this helps every mom that’s sleep deprived like I was good luck

Fit in my pack and play baby isn't spitting up as much and sleeping better.

Stained case right out of the box. Gross.BUT- my daughter used this same brand pillow when she was in her bassinet and she couldn’t sleep without it, so when she grew out of her bassinet I ordered this, it came dirty but I ordered a replacement and that one came clean. She loves it just as much as the original smaller bassinet pillow. She can’t sleep without it. It’s firm enough that her face can’t get caught or pushed in to the pillow but soft enough that you won’t worry about flat head or the baby being uncomfortable. Love this brand, just wish they would be more careful before sending out stained things.

This wedge is really great because it gives you options. First the wedge is substantial (some are made of such soft foam that they do nothing) and it’s sealed in a completely waterproof material that is enclosed in a washable case. I really liked the two different height wedges that can be also be used together for a higher angle. I tried to buy this to use under my (8 year old) child’s pillow to help her breathe when she has a cold, but it is too wide for that. (It is sized the width of cribs, which is wider than a standard or queen pillow.) It’s really fantastic as a crib wedge and I wish it had been available when my child was a refluxing baby.

I actually bought this as a substitute for a larger wedge pillow. The larger pillows have a steeper incline and were not comfortable to sleep on. But this pillow has a lesser incline and also is adjustable (as you can use one or both pieces). It is much more comfortable.

I like how this wedge offers three height options, so we can adjust our baby’s changing preferences. The cover is also easy to clean.

Great pillow to use for a young infant. I used it both in her Pack and Play and her crib. I placed it under the mattresses and secured in place with the mattress cover, with no fuss. It stayed in place. Easy to clean, but even better - doesn't soil easily
