This is a great product! I was borderline anemic and numbers were low. I hate taking iron since it normally can tear one's stomach apart. Not so with this pill. It is gentle and my stomach has been fine. I even take two a day. As of my last appointment, My iron is back in normal range. I am grateful. I have recommended this product to my sister and she has just started taking it as well. I can not wait to see what it will do to help her anemia.. I would definitely recommend this iron pill.

There are iron deficient people in my family. This is very potent. Do not let the milligrams fool you. Be careful taking this. Be sure to consult with a doctor before taking. This product does not give me an upset stomach like the other brands I have used.
