Great for discrete graphics for PS2021 update
My wife's Acer Aspire TC-895 had been running the most recent versions of Photoshop without issue, until the most recent (June 2021) upgrade; everything would work fine, but if she tried to use Liquefy, it crashed the program. Adobe support was able to look at her system info and determined that she needed a discrete graphics card with at least 2GB RAM in order to run the latest update.I agonized for days about which card to get, especially with the insane prices given the semiconductor shortage. I finally settled on this one, given the balance between price and features. Yes, it only has DDR3 RAM, but it has 4GB. Yes, it only has passive cooling, but the max wattage is relatively low and the case on this computer has tons of airspace and a large vent down by the PCIe slots. Yes, it only has 3 ports (1 each for RGB, HDMI, and DVI), but she only runs a single monitor setup.I can happily report that with this card, the latest version of Photoshop (22.4.2) now runs well, no glitches, no crashes. If you're a non-gamer, intermediate user who mostly does Photoshop work for your photography business, this is a perfectly cromulent graphics card.

Great for what I needed
Using in a security camera HP PC. Took the load off the CPU and built in HDMI port on the motherboard. Easy to install and worked with standard Windows 10 drivers right out of the box. I did install the latest Nvidia driver though.

Works as-needed
I put it in a computer I was building and worked just as intended for an older computer just to bring it back to life.

Great upgrade
I got this as an upgrade from my gt 710 which was getting really bad frame rates on more intensive games. This card definitely increased the quality, fps and made those games a lot more playable and the colors even look better. Great value for money and it doesn’t seem to overheat.UPDATE:I’ve had this card for about a year and a half now and it still works great for older games. On games such as GTA 5 it really only gets at most 20 fps though.

Budget Cards Really mean Budget Cards
The good:The SFF fit perfectly in my desktop case. There is no separate power cable to connect to the card - it gets is power directly from the motherboard. Passive cooling means there is no extra fan noise inside the caseThe BadI was disappointed in the card's performance on higher end games. I was getting severe stuttering on older titles like Ghost Recon: Wildlands and Sniper Elite 3 and Sniper Elite 4. There was a frustrating 1/2 second joystick lag. Conclusion:Even w 4GB of video memory, this card will only work well for lower intensity games.

Great Video Card for everyday use with Windows 10. No Problems!
So far so good! Seems to work great! I compromised a little on this video card because I wanted something without a fan. I'm not a gamer, but so far this card has taken every thing I've thrown at it with no problems. Simple plug & play. No extra power wires to hook up. I'm using the hdmi out only. I plug that into a four way splitter and send it to 3 monitors. No problems at all with this little Zotac. For everyday use this is a real winner in my book. I also liked the price. It works well with windows 10. I had an older HIS video card that windows 10 kept bumping the drivers on updates and then wouldn't recognize the card (which is really annoying because the card was totally fine). I had been having to keep reinstall windows 7 drivers, but now windows 10 will not even let me do that anymore. So I had to buy something new. I can honestly recommend this card.

This graphics card works in linux but I don't recommend it. You can't get the full 4GB use ...
This Review is for Linux UsersThis graphics card works in Linux but I don't recommend it. You can't get the full 4GB use out of it no matter what nvidia settings you use in Ubuntu 14.04LTS or CentOS7LTS. You'll get to about 50% before your display stops responding. I have 2 24in monitors, 1 plugged into HDMI the other DVI, an 8 core 3.5Ghz (5Ghz turbo) CPU with 16GB ram and when I'm multitasking with multiple virtual machines and my system slows to a crawl and I check my loads; cpu=good, system-ram=good, graphics=bad. Display response drops to choppy. Further more, none of the nvidia settings provided through the proprietary nvidia drivers for Linux fully support Linux (some settings work, others do nothing). If you're buying this card because you need that 4GB of ram, you won't get it. It's performance is equal with a machine with the same other spec's but 1.8GB ram for graphics. Plus with heavy computing, this card gets very hot. All the major heat from my PC is coming from my graphics card and I'm not even gaming. If you are planning on doing single display, basic computing and light (like minesweeper light) gaming in Linux, this card will do the job. Easy driver installation with Ubuntu. Look up "BinaryDriverHowto/Nvidia" in the Ubuntu community wiki
