Dead crabs
Totally disappointed. Not only were both hermit crabs dead but the wood was so small. The dead crabs were out of their shells and smelling horrible. The shipping was longer then said time and was about 9 days.

Daughters pets
My teenage daughter absolutely loves hermit crabs, and I ordered her two of these. This is the second set of two that I’ve ordered her. Both sets arrived safely and alive, and we have had them both for a few months and still going strong.

Great customer service.
Both crabs came dead. They are nonrefundable so you pretty much get screwed. Don’t buy and waste your money. They fell out of their shells within minutes of taking them out of the package. After writing a bad review the company contacted me and sent new crabs as a replacement. Both arrived alive and we lost only one of them a month later. Overall, it worked out. My kids habitat is a hermit crabs dream. She takes good care of the healthy remaining crab

DEAD ON ARRIVAL
One of the hermit crabs was alive and well! The other HAD BEEN DEAD AWHILE ! Up-on opening the 2nd crap it was lifeless and stunk pretty bad! 1 SMALL HEALTHY CRAB! $19.95 +$7.95 SHIPPING! A BIT MUCH FORA HERMITCRAB ABOUT THE SIZE OF A NICKLE - BUYER BEWARE!

An extra shell is sent along with each hermit crab, which is nice. My problem is that one of the two I ordered died almost right away and the second one has a missing leg. If you plan on getting hermits from here, just a fair warning that you might want to get the two pack just in case.

Hermit crabs
We received these hermit crabs yesterday and they have adapted to their environment well. They are very active and healthy! "Pinchy" and "Shelldon" are fun pets for our grandson! They came well packaged for safe shipment and were delivered quickly. I highly recommend this seller.

1 Dead on arrival/ 1 barely alive
The box smelled terrible when it arrived so I knew one at least was gone and I’m not sure it was alive when it started it’s journey as it crumbled..paper and sponges was dry the second one has since buried himself after getting water but acts like it’s barely hanging on .. the 3 pieces of wood are so tiny . This is definitely not worth the money and I feel so bad about how they was shipped and if both was alive one lost his life due to this bad planning/packaging
