Poor quality
Quality was poor, not like the original Matrix conditioner. I am using this conditioner from last 5-6 years now. Secondly quantity received was half filled of the tube.

Not promising as it claims
Giving review after using a month, honestly speaking I am not seeing any difference, I bought it in the hope that it will make my hair less dry after wash, but no difference and talking about straightening my hair was already straight so no difference in that area also.What it has does is that it has somoothen the hair a little but that I think any conditioner would do.
