To be absolutely clear, this missal is Vatican II. This missal has Latin & English, but the Latin included is NOT the extraordinary form Latin Mass prior to the restructuring into what is now known as Vatican II. So if you are looking for the original Latin Mass, this is not the missal you are looking for. Also important to know, this version was made for use in the USA (which will be noticed regarding holidays and other calendar days).I purchased the leather bonded version. It seems durable and very well put together. The ribbons are quite useful too and I'm glad there's abundance of them!I like how much information is packed in. There's instructions for how to use and when and bits of historical information which is very nice. The print maybe small for some, but what do you expect for a small missal? And because it's a small missal, it has about a 2" spine. The liturgical calendar provided will be good for some time from now, and it lets you know if we're in cycle A, B or C and 1 or 2. Sometimes you need to jump around but that's expected.The actual Mass is in the middle of the missal and at certain points provides instructions for you regarding where you should flip pages to for readings.At the front of the book, there's basic things every Roman Catholic should know, important prayers, the Commandments, vices and virtues, what are mortal sins, calendar dates etc.Overall very well put together and very informational! Must have if you want your own missal (the seasonal ones provided at my church keep disappearing or people somehow end up trashing them with pages missing or broken/ripped, which is highly disrespectful and I just don't understand why anyone would do this). This is also great for anyone going through their own religious journey or to gift to someone who would highly appreciate a copy, for someone getting Confirmation etc.

This is the only thing I take with me when I go to mass. I love the prayers and devotions that it has in the back, especially for adoration. I like that it has the readings for Holy Days and for feast days. I have two of these: one for my kitchen table, so I can ready it daily, and one that stays in my truck so when I go to mass. It is well worth the money. I purchased another one as a gift.

This is the preeminent prayer book of the Church. It contains all the Eucharistic and Sacramentary prayers, complete cycle of the Lectionary, feasts of Saints, Votive. Masses and a hefty amount of prayers and devotions. The binding, gold edge, and paper combine to make sure you own a book that will last a long time, aesthetic and elegant. I simply love it.

I really like being able to follow the daily Catholic masses which are never part of the church missals.

Very complete. My only issue, be very careful, the paper is very thin and tears easily. Otherwise, it is well organized the print is easy to read.

My young adult kids both loved this Missal. It was not as user friendly at first. They shuffled around trying to find the right pages for the days we were in but they both quickly learned the layout and I have seen them both using this daily.
