I couldn't find these, and Amazon came to my rescue once again! The Hefty Deluxe Clear Plastic Party Cups were exactly what I needed. They’re sturdy, not flimsy, and hold their shape even when filled with cold drinks or ice. The 9‑ounce size is perfect for parties, small gatherings, or casual everyday use. I like that they’re truly clear — they look clean, simple, and work well for any theme, from holidays to weddings. They come neatly stacked, and the 40‑count pack is just right when you don’t need a huge bulk box.

I often use these 9 oz clear plastic cups for certain household projects. For example, mixing 2-part epoxy. Of course, they're also good for social events. Before I bought the item, I wanted to find out where they were made, and whether the cups are BPA Free. (I didn't want to buy the cups if they were made in China, and I wanted them to be BPA Free.) That info is not shown in the listing, so I asked Amazon's Alexa chatbot the question. Alexa said the info was not available. Not very helpful. I received the item today. On the package, it says "Made In USA", and "BPA Free". Today I told Alexa that info, and I asked her to add that info to the listing. Alexa said "that information is not available". Not very helpful.

We use these as our bathroom cups. Perfect size, fairly priced. Probably a good size for children's party cups.
