Permanently creased, though nicely quality.
This arrived swiftly but it had two permanent creases/folds in it. I steamed it, ironed it...and it still remained creased and was unusable. It was needed for an event a few days after it arrived. There was not time to return it and get a new one. If it had not had those creases, the quality was lovely.
