PLEASE BRING THIS FLAVOR BACK!!!
Amazing product! They taste incredible, but I haven't been able to buy them again since they went out of stock about a year ago. Sad, because it's my favorite flavor they made. If they ever come back, buy some. You won't be sorry.

The perfect addition to Chicken Salad at a reasonable price!
Good price for a great product. I use them in Chicken Salad. I also take water chestnuts sliced celery and a small amount of shallots, VERY thinly sliced Lemon Grass and some VERY thin strips of Fresh Kaffir Lime Leaves salt and pepper and homemade Mayo made with toasted Sesame oil mixed with Cold Pressed Sesame oil 1 part toasted to 2 parts Cold pressed and stir in Black Sesame seeds gently at the end. (Sometimes I take the Lemongrass and Lime Leaf strips and put them in the sesame oil mixture several days ahead at room temperature and then strain them out with a Chinois as lemongrass is quite fibrous and Kafir Lime Leaves are quite tough. If I do it this way I use more of each ingredient.) I take the Water Chestnuts, Celery, and Shallots and pulse them in the food processor and then Grind in Tellicherry Pepper and sea/coarse salt to taste and mix with enough Sesame Mayo to hold the mixture together, more can be added on the Bread if you like a lot of Mayo. I generally use Arugula or Mache instead of lettuce cut in a fine chiffonade. For Bread i like Homemade Sourdough. I put the hot loaf of bread in a high temp plastic baking bag in order to soften the crust and make it easier to bite through the crust without squeezing the Chicken Salad out. You can slice, chop in the food processor or leave the Almonds whole, whatever suits your taste. I use fresh lime juice and rice wine vinegar to make the mayonnaise with. I strain the lime juice with a chinois to remove the pulp. Remember to make sure all the ingredients for the mayo are room temperature when you add the oil to emulsify them or it might separate, then refrigerate overnight or until cold. Poach the Chicken Breast or mixture of Breast and thighs in Chicken stock and a few bay leaves and 1 dried hot chili pepper whole and refrigerate overnight in the poaching liquor. The take them out and dry them trim any fat or cartilage and cut them into cubes of your prefered size. May be served open face or covered and garnished with fresh thai chilies, Kaffir Lime Leaves, and a sprig of lemongrass cut in half longways. Feel free to experiment, such as adding a bit of unsweetened Coconut Milk (not water) into the chicken salad etc. May be served with a salad of Lightly poached and then chilled Haricot Verts with a Sesame Rice Wine Vinegar Vinaigrette or a creamy Thai Coconut Curry dressing or whatever you like! Maybe a peeled seeded and coarsely chopped smoked Italian Tomato and Smoked Mozzarella salad with some Bulgur and Fresh Cilantro with a light Vinaigrette instead of or even with the bean salad. Happy Eating!

Would get five stars if the "habanero" bbq was spicy at all.
These are all delicious, like almost all Blue Diamond flavors. (Looking at you, pumpkin spice, what a disappointment.) These three are all great. The salt and vinegar especially - it's the strongest salt and vinegar flavored anything I've ever had outside of using a salt and vinegar powder liberally on popcorn. They're awesome and addictive. The wasabi soy sauce flavor has a very strong horseradish kick, and you can actually pick up the soy sauce flavor underneath it. Fantastic. The habanero bbq though... if you like spicy food, you will be disappointed. This isn't just mild as far as habanero goes, it's mild period. It's got about the same spice level as a generic bottle of bbq sauce. And trust me, this isn't one of those "I'm so tough, I can eat anything and it doesn't seem spicy to me" things, it genuinely has no spice level at all, let alone habanero level. That said, the bbq flavor itself is good. It's along the line of Lays bbq chips, but stronger because Blue Diamond puts a liberal amount of seasoning on their stuff. One minor complaint - their bags do not reseal well. Not sure how they've managed to make such a good product and not figure out how to make a ziploc seal that works, but here we are. Just use a chip clip or throw the bag inside of your own ziploc bag.
