Pizzamesh 14.25 Inch Round, Non-Stick Reusable Pizza Baking/Crisping Mesh

A thin, flexible, plastic-coated mesh with prickly edges. Have used it several times so far with admittedly good results. I try for crisp outside, chewy inside crusts on my (store-bought frozen) pies. (Brushing with olive oil or cooking spray helps)Its certainly handy for mid-bake turning and handling the hot pie, also for reheating slices. Easily handles 450F on center oven rack. I suspect it will crease if folded so I keep it flat, especially when hot. Wipe with a damp sponge to clean unless you burn goop on it (I haven't yet) Unlike one reviewer, I wouldn't try cutting a pie on it.Seems pricey for what you get, but it works.Update 1/15/18 :Am upping my rating from 4 to 5 stars. Its VERY good. After using it dozens of times, its still smooth and flexibile, like new.l don't cut pies on it, wash it after each use, scrub it gently when necessary with soap and a nylon scouring pad. Burned on cheese scrapes off with a plastic scraper or thumbnail.

I love this little thing. I've fixed pizza and french fries on it and it's worked amazingly. I was shocked to see that my pizza cutter didn't even leave a mark on it(try that with a pizza pan). What really blew my mind was about 2 minutes after pulling the french fries out, my friend wasn't thinking and grabbed the mesh to move it over and it was cool. If that had been a pan, it would have fried her hand. I really wish I would have bought more than one now. I will definitely buy more when they go on sale again and give them as gifts!!

The best pizza pan ever!!!!!!!! You will need to reduce your cooking time by at least 2 minutes, because of the heat circulating around the pizza. Can I use these for fries or tator tots... don't see, why not.

I use it in my convection oven to crisp up frozen fries..instead of buying one of those air fryers..this fits exactly on a metal rack so the air circulates all around the fries...giving them that 'deep fried' texture ..but without the Oil...(or heart attack)

I just love this mesh to cook on.I used it right away for a pizza and it came out delisious.The crust came out nice and crisp.I can't say enough good things about it.Also it cleans up easily.
