This glaze is amazing! I use it to brush on to boneless chicken before baking. It is delicious! I can’t wait to try it on other foods. I highly recommend that you try this glaze!

Amazing taste but I was quite disappointed to read in the ingredients that they add fructose and glucose syrup. Other glazes I've had don't include this.

Can't stand the thin, overly acidic supermarket brands. Had been using more expensive balsamic vinegars including Giusti's "3 gold medal" but find this a perfectly adequate substitute for topping a salad, along with olive oil. Nice thickness and the flavor is at least in the same ballpark.

I'm a fan of balsamic glaze on certain recipes.This brand has a lot of buzz and history, so I wanted to try their premium glaze.This particular version has zero offensive or unexpected flavors, but the one I do expect, balsamic, is just a hint very faint.They have other variations of glaze, so I'll probably give the others a try, but this Crema Italiana had very little coming to the foreground. The texture/viscosity of it is good thick, and the dispensing nozzle is good too. Looking forward to the others, see if I get a nice surprise. This one was forgettable.
