One of the best clamps I've owned and super strong!

Good quality but poorly packaged for shipment.
I really like the quality of these long, 6 ft. clamps. The only downside is that they were very minimally packaged. As a result the clamps arrived hanging out of the box a little and got dirt and snow on them. I wasn't too pleased about this but needed the clamps right away for a project so I didn't have time to exchange or return them.Since the packaging problem seems to be due to Amazon I'm still giving these clamps 5 stars based on their quality. I have similar Bessey clamps and so far am liking the Jorgensen parallel clamps a little more.

Great for when you need the capacity, but otherwise awkward to use
I used these to do the glue up for my L-shaped desk that I was building. I needed this length because the panels I was gluing up were right at 5 ft, and so I needed the 6 ft capacity of these clamps.These clamps definitely do a good job and being long parallel clamps, but I would only recommend them if you absolutely needed the length. They are somewhat difficult to use, and very awkward to move around and to position correctly - it is easy to skew them just a bit at this length. I will only be using them when a glue up absolutely can not fit in any of my smaller clamps, otherwise they will be staying on my wall to wait.I also forgot to wax the bar before I did the glue up and I had to scrape off the dried glue, so make sure you wax them first to make glue removal easier

Great clamp, very poor packaging for shipping!!
As a woodworker I use this type of clamp for a variety of applications and it’s a great clamp but the packaging made this “New Clamp” look very used upon arrival! The Pony/Jorgensen brand has always been top notch so the negative part of this review lies solely on whoever did the packaging!!

Careless shipping
These clamps are great, I have several, but this one shipped with a bent bar. Careless shipping in a box that was barely tapped together.

Massive ClampS
I ordered 2 of these, one arrived today. Already put to use on my kitchen cabinet build. One small problem, and I wish I knew how to contact the seller on Amazon instead of writing a review, the black end cap that prevents the clamp from sliding off was missing. The clamp still works fine, but I wish I had that. I'm hoping to acquire the part somehow.
